Joe Burns is the director of Collective Bargaining at the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA-CWA). With over 50,000 unionized airline workers, Joe has over 20 years of experience in labor law. Joe has authored two other books, including “Reviving the Strike” and “Strike Back”.  His most recent book, “Class Struggle Unionism” is gaining popularity labor-focused reading groups and union members. Books will be available at the event.

Eric Gill is Secretary/Treasurer at UNITE HERE, Local 5 with over 12,000 members including hotel and food service workers. He also has over 20 years of experience in bargaining/negotiation.
