On August 17th the Law Library provided the venue for a Welcome Back Celebration for faculty and staff. The event was hosted and organized by the Law School. Faculty and staff were treated to two displays created by Law Library staff – one display chronicled the Law Schoolʻs history and evolution of its programs, while the other celebrated the recent publications authored by faculty. There was also a great visual presentation of past Deans of the Law School.
During the evening attendees enjoyed light pupus, drinks, and a buffet dinner. Dean Nelson gave an introductory speech, recognizing new members of the faculty and staff and those who had received promotions. A great mix of music played throughout the evening and fun was had by all.
