Registration Information

Registration ends on September 14.

Please register EARLY as we need a head count for our various activities.

Please use this REGISTRATION FORM – you can fill in the information online and mail it with a check.

Reminders when filling in the form:

Dietary Restrictions: Remember to note any dietary restrictions.

LLMC Tour on Oct. 11: Remember to indicate if you plan to attend the LLMC Tour as we need a head count for transportation purposes. You have to be ready to board the bus by 3:00 pm.

Friday Hawaiian Luau: The bus leaves at 3:00 pm and we should be back at the hotel by 11:00 pm.

Saturday Program: Conference ends at 12 noon.
