All conference sessions (except for the opening reception and one evening event) will be held at the Ala Moana Hotel. The hotel was chosen because it offers the best rates and is centrally located between downtown and Waikiki. It is within walking distance to Waikiki, shopping and entertainment complexes, parks, popular dining spots, and also offers easy access to transportation to other island attractions. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please reserve your rooms at the conference hotel as we need a minimum number to ensure our group room rates.

Rates are per room per night based on single/double or triple occupancy. Taxes are additional. Rates are good for an additional three days prior to and three days after the conference dates. Please make your reservations early to ensure availability of rooms at the same rates prior to and after the conference dates.

*Queen bed with one sofa sleeper; no balcony
**King bed with one sofa sleeper OR 2 double beds plus one sofa sleeper; offers a balcony

Taxes
Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
