Course
Description: This course will cover the law governing
the relations between debtors and creditors. We will begin by
studying the legal restrictions on non-judicial debt collection
activities and the judicial mechanisms for debt collections under
state law. We will then turn to federal Bankruptcy Code. This
course will emphasize "consumer" bankruptcy cases.
