Description: A study of pre-trial, trial, and appellate
procedures in federal and Hawai‘i courts. Subjects considered
include jurisdiction and the relationship between such courts,
the relationship between procedural and substantive law, pleading
and joinder, discovery, jury trial and the role of the judge,
verdicts and motions after verdict, judgments and their enforcement,
and appellate review. |
