Reference and Research Assistance

Reference Desk

The Library staff provides legal reference and research assistance to patrons. Librarians are also on duty at the Reference Desk during special hours to provide and help patrons who wish to consult a librarian.
 
Legal Advice
You should see an attorney if you need legal advice. Librarians, staff and student assistants in the Law Library are not authorized or qualified to give legal advice or to counsel any Library patron. Do not rely on them to answer your legal questions or solve your legal problems. The Library staff will assist you in locating materials in your research but will not interpret any of the materials. The Library staff is not responsible for anything you may say or do in reliance on their assistance.
